Firm-year panel (405 firm-years, 27 industrial firms listed on the Amman Stock Exchange, 2011-2025) of board of directors and CEO characteristics coded at the level of the person from the published annual reports under fixed coding rules: postgraduate share of the board (with PhD and Master shares), business-degree share, mean age and age dispersion of the board, CEO postgraduate degree, CEO business degree, CEO age, board size, CEO duality and the share of seats held by representatives of legal-person shareholders, together with the December market capitalisation and book equity from the ASE bulletins, a completeness flag and the analysis code. Financial statement data from S&P Capital IQ are not redistributed under the licence terms. Variable definitions are in README.txt.
